INTRODUCTION

• Sanatan Dharma is the oldest dharma in the universe that was never starting as well as never-ending.
• Sanatan Dharma teaches people to find peace, gain positivity and make patience in their minds. It fills their bodies with a lot of positivity that defines how to control their own minds through its principle 'meditation' and also tells us how to calm down in any critical situation. It teaches how to deal with your life positively by avoiding distractions in your surroundings.

                                                                                           

• It is majorly practiced in Indian sub-continents as well as spreading in the outside country as well, and it has many followers, and day by day followers are increasing rapidly. Many foreign countries have adopted it in their daily life and routines.

What is Sanatan Dharama?

• Basically, we can say that this is our emotions. Sanatan Dharma means that which is always true, which never begins and never ends. This is such a religion that has been running since eternity.

                           

• This is another name for truth as God is the truth, death is the truth, and the soul is the truth. Similarly, Sanatan Dharma is a single truth that cannot be denied.

                                Origin of Sanatan Dharma

The main place of Sanatan Dharma is God who has four Vedas.

1. Rig Veda 2. Yajur Veda 3. Samaveda 4. Arthaveda.

God has imparted this Vedic knowledge to the four sages in the state of samadhi at the beginning of creation. Later these sages told this knowledge to other sages and people. After this, the Upanishads, Brahmanical texts, Puranas, philosophy, astrology, etc. were created.

1. RULE OF KARMA 

You people must have heard this saying that you will enjoy what you do. In the same way, you will get the fruits of your every action in this life. You will be responsible for your own work. If you don't get the fruit in life, you will be born again and enjoy it.

2. CONCEPT OF REBIRTH

This is the basic principle of Sanatan Dharma that the soul resides in every living being. And our body is mortal whereas the soul is immortal. The soul never ends. When a person dies, his soul leaves his body and goes to another body. This cycle continues till the soul gets liberation.

3. THE LARGEST GATHERING IN THE WORLD:- KUMBHA MELA

Khumba Fair is the largest fair in the world. It is a Ritual bath of cleanness of the soul and body.

Where people come for the purification of their minds, they also come to purify their bodies and soul. This fair is held every 12 years.

4. SYMBOLS :- SWASTIK AND AUM

The most famous and oldest symbols of Hinduism are Om and Swastika. Om and Swastika are there in every house in India because it is highly recognized on auspicious occasions. This symbol is full of positive energy. This symbol is used in the worship of every festival.

•   AUM:- 'Om' is such a word with which the energy of the whole world is filled. This is the sound of the universe. According to Sanatan Dharma, it is the sound of the Hindu God Bramha: The Creator of the Universe. This sound is the only constant in the Universe.

• SWASTIK:- Swastika has a lot of importance in Hinduism. And this is the oldest symbol according to Sanatan Dharma. The swastika is a symbol that tells us that there are four directions and different directions. If we change its direction, then it will not change, it will look the same in all four ways and this thing about the swastika makes it more unique.

5. 'S' STAND FOR SANATAN AND SCIENCE

• According to Sanatana Dharma, the concept of zero, the concept of infinity is infinite, the concept of the number system, Pythagoras theorem, and many more things have originated from the Vedas.

• You all know about the origin of the universe which we know as the  Big Bang Theory and it is told in our Vedas.

• India is a country that was in the field of spiritual thoughts, studies, writing, and doing so many things in education.

• It was a long time ago that people used to come to India from every corner of the world to study aa and get a good education. Nalanda was one of the famous universities of ancient India and the historical center of higher education in Bihar, India. 

• Every language, Vedas, Ayurveda, Vastu, Shastra, and many other things was studied here. Nalanda University has formed about 1500 years ago from today. And also it is the source of knowledge and positive energy.
